Types of Metal Racks
Tennsco Bulk Storage Racks
An economical solution for storing heavy, bulky, or uniquely shaped items thanks to its adjustable shelving that features 2-inch increments for vertical spacing and capacity increases. Our Tennsco Bulk Storage Racks are fabricated with 14-gauge upright frames and beams that evenly distribute loads as heavy as 3800 pounds. Available with either corrugated steel or particle board decking, these storage racks are powder coated in a medium gray paint finish. They are easy to assemble and do not require additional tools.
Heavy Duty Z-Beam Storage Rack
This storage rack series is engineered for the hand loading and unloading of bulky items, small parts, and various tools. The all-weld construction is incorporated with “Z” step beams to maximize weight capacity and includes 12-gauge beam connectors that maintain structural stability and beam integrity under heavy loads. Our Heavy Duty Z-Beam Storage Racks are available in a basic starter kit that includes one welded frame, six beams, and six tie bars, and are offered in a resilient and durable light gray coating.
All-Welded Vertical Sheet Rack
In order to keep stored materials from contacting the floor, vertical sheet racks utilize 1/16 to 5/16-inch O.D. tubular dividers to help vertically separate and stabilize flat materials. The base is secured with lag down holes for stability to the warehouse floor. Each of the four storage bays are 7 inches wide, accommodate 1500 pound load capacities, and are manufactured with either an all-welded frame or two inch adjustable uprights. The adjustable uprights can be knocked down and compacted, making it easier and less costly for freight shipping.
All-Welded Cantilever Rack
Bar stock, tubing, angles, and other elongated raw materials require an efficient, low-cost storage solution on the shop floor. The single-sided rack features a channel frame, base removable retainer pipes and arms with secure load retention even at an impressive 5 inch extension. Each cantilever rack level can support up to 1500 pounds (4000 pounds max) and are available in either mobile or stationary configurations. All-Welded Cantilever Racks are manufactured with a powder-coated finish and all-welded steel construction.
